Cars, Vehicles with a height of 2 meters or more, and vehicles larger than a regular wagon type will be guided to a contracted parking lot (separate fee applies).
Children under 10 years of age are not allowed to stay at the hotel and infants (0 to 1 year old) are not allowed to stay with parents as well.
Points to note when staying at the property
1 The hotel is a rare three-story wooden building. The building has been renovated with significant updates in terms of functionality to ensure that it is comfortable for modern lifestyles, however, it is not fully soundproofed, so the guest should be quiet after 10:00PM.
2 Some rooms do not have hand-washing facilities in the restrooms as part of our effort to maintain the atmosphere of the building and not spoil the architectural style of the time. This may cause some inconvenience, and the property would appreciate the guest's understanding.
Smoking Policy: All guests rooms are non-smoking. The guests use the smoking area on the 1st floor. If smoking (including electronic cigarettes) or cigarette butts are found in the guestrooms, the property will charge 50,000 yen for room cleaning and room damage compensation.
The property cannot accommodate special requests for food allergies, and the property ask that the guests complete the request at least 7 days prior to check in date.

The property will not be able to respond to any requests made after the stated time limit or on the day of the reservation.
The property is open to the world, so thye have a large number of foreign staff who have studied Japanese culture. They speak English, French, Chinese, Burmese, and other languages.
