◆敷地内は屋内、バルコニー、駐車場を含め禁煙です。
万が一室内に臭いが付着した場合は清掃料金および宿泊料金の20％を請求致します。

◆当施設にはガスは通っておりませんので一酸化炭素検知器設置の義務はございません。

◆飲み会やパーティー目的での利用はお断りいたします。
住宅街に位置しておりますので、特に22時以降の夜間はお静かにお願いいたします。
駐車スペースやバルコニーでのバーベキューは禁止です。

◆タオル交換、ベッドメイキングを含めお部屋の中間清掃はございません。長期滞在の場合はご相談ください。

◆寝具およびアメニティはご予約人数に合わせてご用意致します。ご予約の際は日程・人数等、内容にお間違いが無いか必ずご確認をお願い致します。

◆ご宿泊者以外の入室はできません。ご予約人数を越える人数の入室が発覚した場合、追加料金を請求致します。

ご予約時にお送りするメッセージを必ずご確認いただき、事前の宿泊者様情報の登録にご協力をお願い致します。

清掃の関係上、アーリーチェックイン・レイトチェックアウトのリクエストは原則お受けできませんが、ご希望の場合は事前にご連絡ください。
チェックイン時刻前のご入室、チェックアウト時刻を超過してのご退室はご遠慮ください。
チェックイン当日12時以降はお荷物のお預かりが可能です。ご希望の場合は事前にご連絡ください。


◆Smoking is not permitted on the premises, including indoors, balconies and parking areas.
If any odor is found in the house, an extra cleaning fee and penalty of 20％ o booking fee will be charged.

◆The house is operating without gas connection so no need to install carbon monoxide alarm.

◆Partying is strictly prohibited.

◆Since the building is located in a residential area, please be quiet especially at night after 10:00 p.m.
Barbecue is not allowed in the parking space or on the balcony.

◆No intermediate cleaning of rooms including towel changing and bed making. Please consult with us for long-term stays.

◆Bedding and amenities are provided according to the number of guests. Please make sure to confirm your reservation with us to make sure that you have the correct information.

◆No one is allowed to enter the building other than the guest(s). If we find out that more than the number of guests have entered the house, we will charge an additional fee.

Please be sure to check the message sent at the time of reservation and cooperate with the registration of guest information in advance.

Due to cleaning reasons, early check-in and late check-out requests cannot be accepted in principle, but please let us know in advance if you would like to make such a request.

Please do not enter the room before check-in time and leaving the room after check-out time.

Luggage storage is available after 12:00 on the day of check-in. Please contact us in advance if you wish.
