Staying guests will receive a free voucher for using the public bath.Guests are requested to inform the property of their mode of transportation to the property.If you are arriving at Shirakawago Bus Stop, free pickup service can be arranged at the tourist information centre near the bus stop.Please note that guests will be charged a heating service charge per night during the winter season, starting from 20 November until the end of March each year.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.Guests must check in by 17:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.
