・No Shoes Inside the Room
Please do not wear shoes inside the room. Kindly remove your shoes at the entrance before stepping up.

・Smoking, Noise, and Pets
Smoking outside the designated smoking area, as well as littering of cigarette butts, is strictly prohibited (this includes e-cigarettes).
Pets are not permitted.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 PM out of consideration for the neighbors.

・Locking Up and Entry
Only registered guests are permitted to enter the property.
Please make sure to lock the door whenever you go out.
Please note that this property does not have an auto-lock system.

・Garbage Disposal
Please sort your garbage before disposal. Three separate trash bins are provided in the room according to garbage type, and each bin is labeled with the corresponding category. Please check the labels before disposing of your trash.
For detailed sorting instructions, please refer to the "Garbage Sorting Manual."
If the bins are full, please sort the remaining garbage into plastic bags and place them next to the bins. Our management staff will collect it after check-out.

・Use of Fire and Cooking Appliances
Please handle fire and open flames with great care.
Be sure to turn off the stove, electric kettle, and other appliances after use.

・Cleaning and Tidying
Housekeeping is not provided during your stay.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the room reasonably tidy.
(If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, please contact us. *A fee applies.)

・Lost and Found
If you leave any belongings behind, we will contact you as soon as they are found. Please note that we can only keep lost items in storage for 14 days.

・Damage and Stains
If any damage or stains are caused to the room's facilities or furnishings, you may be responsible for the actual cost of repair or replacement.

*At check-out, please be sure to return the key to the "key box" in the mailbox. After returning the key, we would appreciate it if you could reset the numeric passcode.

This property is non-smoking except in the designated smoking area.
Smoking outside the designated smoking area, or if the smell of cigarette smoke remains in the room, will result in a special cleaning fee of JPY80,000.
Littering of cigarette butts is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
If garbage is left unsorted and scattered, or if the room is left in a condition beyond what standard cleaning can handle, an additional cleaning fee of JPY30,000 will be charged.
If the key is lost, a key replacement fee of JPY45,000 will be charged, as a lock change is required for security purposes.
