Booking 3 kamar deluxe view mountain..pelayanan nya ok..apalagi mas buggy nya ramah banget..tp saat kita mau pinjam mangkok di minta bukti transaksi apakah pernah makan di cafe nya..untungnya saya lunch di sana sambil nunggu waktu chek in jam 3..cuma bwt saya yg pernah menginap di resort lain..meminjamkan seperti piring ato mangkok dll..tdk hrs kyk gtu siy..krn kan qta sudah menginap di sana..dan awalnya saya hanya di beri pinjam 2 mangkok..lalu setelah saya complain krn saya booked 3 kamar baru di kasih…seribed itu mw pinjem mangkok aja🤭 Kamar nya aga kotor dan ada s*** karena makanan yg saya beli kena semut di simpan di dekat tv Teras nya jg kotor tdk di pel..karena saya bawa anak kecil jd setelah maen di teras lalu masuk kamar keliatan sekali pas anak2 naek kasur Pemandangan nya ok..wlwpun gunungnya makin siang makin ketutupan awan So far pelanyanan nya ok..cm SOP untuk pinjam barang ke kamar sebaiknya di perbaiki yaa..toch ga akan di bawa kabur jg🤭 Dan kebersihan kamar tolong di tingkatkan aja..thanks Responsive staff. Staff ok, bantal & handuk wanginya enak banget. Banyak barang vintage, setiap sudut cakep & bagus buat foto, ada sky pool dengan view yang indah. Kamar tidak terlalu luas tapi masih nyaman kalau mau extra bed, kamar mandi cukup besar. Breakfast biasa saja, parkir luas terbagi 2 bagian (atas & bawah) playground secukupnya, taman luas. Intinya hotel ini worth it banget.
