🔑 CHECK-IN
• Check-in time: 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM only
• Self check-in is not available.
• Guests must meet our team in person to collect the access card before proceeding to the unit.
• Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so we can arrange our team accordingly.
• Check-in cannot be arranged after 5:30 PM, so please plan your arrival accordingly.

🚗 PARKING
• Parking is available at the basement parking area.
• Please note that parking is not free.
• Only park at B1/B2.

Parking rates:
• First 2 hours or part thereof – RM2.00
• Every subsequent hour or part thereof – RM1.00
• Maximum rate per day – RM10.00

🧳 LUGGAGE STORAGE & SWIMMING POOL
• We do not provide luggage storage facilities.
• Please note that there is no swimming pool available at this property.
• We appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.

🚫 NO PARTIES
• NO PARTIES are allowed in the studio.
• Please keep the studio clean and tidy throughout your stay.
• If the unit is left excessively dirty or messy after a party or gathering, an additional cleaning fee starting from RM100 will be charged.

💰 SECURITY DEPOSIT
• No deposit required! 🎉

🚭 SMOKING POLICY
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
• A RM500 penalty will apply if smoking is detected inside the unit.

🚫🍈 NO DURIAN
• Durian is strictly prohibited inside the unit due to its strong smell.

🔑 ACCESS CARD & KEY
• Please take good care of the access card and key during your stay.
• Loss or damage will incur a RM250 penalty fee.
