Good house, from external look old. But once you enter the house, wow So good, facility perfect. Can accomodate 8 person, my family love it. House is clean, have washing machine, water dispenser. Strongly recommend for big family- location wise also strategic

Please avoid from staining the bed sheets, duvets, pillows or towels and any stain will be charged RM5 per item for manual cleaning. If the stain unable to be cleaned, the total cost of the item will be charged.

No shoe inside the house. For your convenience, slippers are provided at the entrance shoe cabinet.

Free Wifi can be accessed 24 hours and the username and password will be provided during check in.

To ignite the gas stove, push the knob downward and turn clockwise. Once ignited, slowly release the knob.

The water heater on/off switch is fixed on the wall at the entrance of the washroom.

Lift access card is required to enter the Gym at the 3rd floor.

The outside communal garbage disposal bin is located inside the water meter room and it is at the 1st door on your right if you walk from our unit towards the lift along the common hallway.

Luggage drop off prior to check in or drop off after check out are available but the facilities are provided by 3rd party operator and will incurred charges for the service rendered.
