Holiday Villa - Private Pool - 2 mins to beach!

1. Security deposit of RM500 per stay will be collected via bank transfer or cash and refunded in full upon check-out once we have checked for any damages and / or breakages during the stay.
2.Check-in time is at 3PM onwards and check-out time is at 11am
3. Early check in are negotiable according to availability.
4. Late check out is subject to availability and additional charges are applicable for late check out.
5. For request of cleaning services and extra towels during your stay will attract additional charges.
6. In order to ensure a peaceful occupancy, all guests are requested not to make too much noise in the apartments during their stay.
7.All guest are requested to respect “Quiet Time” from 11 pm to 6 am.
8. The following activities / consumption are not allowed inside the homestay premises:
Drug, Gambling, or any other activities that are against the Law of Malaysia.
9. Pets are allowed during your stay in any of our accommodation.
10. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony & patio area, any smoking inside the house/ apartment will result in penalty of RM100 if damage is done on property with any kind of smoking remains.
11. No shoes are allowed inside the house, a penalty of RM50 will be imposed for any shoe marks found on the floor.
12. Any illegal activities & vandalism the common area will be reported to Police or authorized department.
13. Guest should follow the Facility’s Rules & Regulation set by the Building Management, guests are kindly requested to read before using the facilities.
14.Swimming Pool: Guest are required to wear proper swimming attire
Kid’s Playroom: Any damages and / or stealing of any play equipment and items will attract a replacement fee
BBQ Pit & Function Rooms are for long-term staying guests, any use of these facilities without permission will result in the forfeit of deposit
15.Apartments / condominiums should be left in good and clean condition. Extra charges of RM50 will apply if units are left in a dirty and messy condition.
16.Any breakage or damage of any equipment and / or furniture will be charged to the guest accordingly to the inventory price list.
17.The management will not be responsibility for any dangerous activities, illegal activities and loss of valuable items during the stay due to guest negligence.
