1. RM200 security deposit is required and will be collected by bank transfer (IBG transfer is not accepted) before check-in, and refunded in full after check-out within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday) providing there is no damage or extra cleaning cost incurred at the end of your stay. 2. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony & patio area 3. Lost or damage of parking access card, accommodation access card, keys will attract a fee of RM250 per item. 4. Kindly keep our home secure and lock the doors and windows when no one at home. 5. Only light cooking is allowed and no strong smell of any foods/fruits is allowed, such as Seafood, Durian. 6. Kindly take care of our house, treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. 1. 需要征收个RM200押金（只接受银行转账），如果没有任何损坏或需要额外的清洁费，退房后算起押金会在2-3天工作日内退还（星期一至五） 2. 仅允许在阳台和露台区域吸烟。 3. 任何丢失或损坏的停车卡，住宿通行卡，钥匙，每一样会被罚款RM250 住宿规则 4. 当没人在家时，麻烦把所有的门窗，电源都关好 5. 只允许清淡烹饪，不允许携带有浓重味道的食物/水果，例如海鲜，榴莲。否则则会被罚款以清除异味 6. 在住宿期间，请把我们的家也当成您的家一样来照顾。
