Other Things to Note

1. No Parties or Events
No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed in the unit. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.

2. Registered Guests Only
Only guests registered and approved by the host are allowed to stay in the unit. No additional guests or visitors are permitted without prior approval from the host.

3. No Smoking - RM500 Penalty
Smoking, vaping, or the use of any smoking products is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A RM500 penalty will apply if smoking is detected inside the unit.

4. No Pets Allowed – RM300 Penalty
Pets are strictly prohibited inside the unit under any circumstances. A RM300 penalty will apply if this rule is violated.

5. Keep the Unit Clean
Please keep the unit reasonably clean and tidy during your stay. Kindly dispose of rubbish properly and avoid leaving food or drinks unattended.

6. Furniture/Items
Please take good care of all furniture, appliances, keys, access cards, and other items provided in the unit. Any damage, loss, or missing items may be charged accordingly.

7. Lost or Damaged Access Card/Keys - RM200 per Card/Key
Please keep the access card and keys safely with you throughout your stay. A RM200 replacement fee will apply for each lost or damaged access card or key.

8. Quiet Hours
Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM and be considerate of our neighbors and other residents.

9. Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and require prior approval from the host.

• Early check-in: RM50 per hour

• Late check-out: RM50 per hour

Please contact the host in advance to check availability. No extension is allowed without prior approval and payment.

10. Private Parking
• NO FREE PARKING

Parking Rates at The EST
Premier Parking (Not Recommended)

• Levels: M1, L1, L2
• First hour: RM5
• Subsequent hours: RM5 per hour
• Parking validation is not available unless dining at Bōco or staying as a hotel guest.

Non-Premier Parking (Recommended)
• First hour: RM3
• Subsequent hours: RM3 per hour
• Lost ticket fee: RM50
• Clamping release fee: RM100

Parking Validation (Non-Premier Parking Only)
• Validation fee: RM20 per day, per entry
• Location: Concierge Counter at the main entrance of The EST
• Validation hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily

Important Reminders
• Please bring your Touch 'n Go card or debit card for parking validation.
• Validation is only available for Non-Premier Parking.
• Please follow the parking signage and park only in the recommended areas to avoid high charges or clamping.

11. Housekeeping Services
Cleaning service is available upon request and is subject to additional charges. Please contact the host for more information and arrangement.

12. No Illegal Activities
Illegal activities, drug use, or any behaviour that may disturb or threaten other residents are strictly prohibited. Any illegal activity will be reported to the police.
