🚨House Rules🚨
1.No smoking inside the house.
2.No parties allowed.
3.No pets allowed.
4.Swimming pool: Please wear appropriate swimwear.
5.Kindly keep the house clean and in good condition.
🚨Important and Compulsory Requirements🚨
Please pay extra attention to the following:
1. Guest Identification: You must provide a photocopy of the NRIC or driver’s license for at least two (2) guests, with full details.
2. iHousing Check-in Form: It is compulsory to fill out the iHousing Check-in Form before your arrival for us to validate your details.
3. Security Deposit: A security deposit of RM200 per unit will be collected one day before your check-in. The deposit will be refunded within three (3) business days after check-out.
Please Note: The guest(s) themselves must fill out the iHousing guest details form. iHousing will not fill in the particulars on behalf of the guests.

Kindly acknowledge and accept the above requirements before booking. Once a booking is made, it is considered that you have agreed to these three (3) compulsory terms and conditions.
