Security deposit - A refundable security deposit of RM1,000 is required, paid by bank transfer up to 7 days before arrival. It is refunded by bank transfer within 48 working hours after check-out. Smoking - No smoking indoors. You are welcome to smoke outside the house. - Fine for smoking indoors: RM1,000. Pets - Pets are welcome. Please let us know before arrival. - Pet fee: RM300 per stay for up to 3 pets, plus RM100 for each additional pet. - Pets must not relieve themselves inside the house. Any soiling or damage will be charged separately. Not allowed (fines apply) - Excessive drinking: RM1,000 - Shouting or loud noise after 10:00 PM: RM2,000 - Playing music too loudly: RM2,000 - Drugs of any kind: RM3,000 - Moving furniture: RM1,000 - Taping or gluing anything to the walls: RM500 - Wearing shoes inside the house Please also - Switch off all electrical appliances and water taps before you leave. - Use the appliances, games and furniture with care. Any damage will be charged at full price. - Please dry yourself before sitting on the sofa. Total fines may go up to RM8,500 depending on the condition of the house. Our private pool bungalow sits in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, about 8 minutes' drive from Suria KLCC and 13 minutes from Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, yet on a quiet residential street in Kampung Datuk Keramat. The house is 4,300 sq ft built-up on 5,800 sq ft of land, with a private swimming pool, a garden and a BBQ pit.
Inside there are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, sleeping up to 34 guests, so large families and big groups can stay together under one roof. The house is built for gathering and fun: PS5, Nintendo Switch, pool table, a karaoke room, a trampoline, mahjong, rummy and all kinds of board games.
It suits birthday parties, family reunions, company team-building days and friends' getaways: pool, karaoke, PS5 and pool table keep a big group busy, and the BBQ pit is ready for an evening cookout. Catering (Halal / Non-Halal), event decoration and group bus transport can be arranged on request at extra charge.
The kitchen comes with 2 induction cookers, a twin-pot steamboat set, a fridge, a water dispenser and an oven, so you can cook and enjoy a steamboat dinner at home. A baby chair, baby cot and iron are available on request.
The property comfortably accommodates 34 guests (extra mattresses can be added for up to 6 more guests at an additional cost). If your group is larger, or you plan to hold an event, team building, celebration or party, an additional fee ranging from RM300 to RM1,500 may apply, and the space can host up to about 80 guests for events. Please contact us in advance.
Parking: free. 2 cars in the car porch, 1-2 cars outside the house, and more cars can park in the roadside bays on Jalan Kent 3.
