Rules need to follow when staying at
Temek Rest House
1. Check-in and check-out times are as follows:

Check-in : (Please refer to the package taken)

a) 8:00am

b) 3:00pm

Check Out: (Please refer to the package taken)

a) 12:00pm

b) 6:00pm (same day)

c) 6:00pm (next day)

2. The number of adult guests does not exceed the maximum number set. If more people we

do not will be responsible for the inconvenience incurred by the lodger.

3. All damages resulting from the customer's negligence shall be borne by the customer

himself. A security deposit of RM150 for a rest house must be paid when making a

reservation and will be returned after check-out by "bank transfer" if there is no loss or

damage on property, furniture is placed in its original place, access card and autogate

control device as well returned in original condition.

4. If the confirmed reservation is canceled without a reasonable reason, the deposit will not

be refunded returned unless notice of cancellation is given no later than 7 days before the

day of arrival so that we can reopen the reservation to other guests.

5. It is forbidden to bring in pork, drugs, alcohol or any other prohibited items in Islam and the

Malaysian constitution.

6. Unmarried couples or groups of different genders (who are not family members) are

prohibited totally rent the same homestay. We will ask for family proof such as a card

marriage certificate if necessary.

7. It is not allowed to have any kind of party that uses Party Poppers, immoral activities or

noise extreme

8. Smoking is not allowed in the homestay. If we find traces of smoking and the smell of

cigarettes in a homestay, the deposit will not be returned.

9. Please note the following:

i. Bath towels are not provided at this Rest House, but we have new towels available for sale

price RM20 per piece.

ii. It is not allowed to move furniture without permission. (there is a surcharge if you hold a

party in a rest house)

iii. Do not use high-powered electrical appliances without permission. (there is a surcharge) 10. It is not allowed to bring any food to the side of the swimming pool.

11. Customers are required to always supervise their children when using the swimming

pool. Management of TRH is not responsible for the safety of swimming pool

users.

12. Customers are requested to be careful throughout their stay at Temek Rest House.

Management of TRH will not be responsible for accidents or accidents that

may occur his customers and guests due to his own negligence.

13. The customer agrees to allow part or all of the security deposit money to be deducted

(based on the rate of damage/loss) if these Terms and Conditions are not complied with. 14. If the selected package includes a car, the guest will be given a Car Rent Agreement at the

time 'Check-in'. The Guest is also required to provide documents for car rental. For more
