The Jacuzzi/Hot Tub is for private use for the Penthouse Apartment units only.Between May and August (Summer Period), it is not suitable for families with children or older guests due to the nearby nightlife and group bookings.Monthly utilities for Studios, Penthouses, and 2-Bedroom Units are charged separately at approximately EUR 125 per month for 2 guests, EUR 150 for 3 guests, and EUR 160 for 4 guests. The final amount will be adjusted according to the confirmed number of guests and may vary depending on actual consumption during the stay. Payment is required in cash upon arrival.For long stays of 2 months or more, a EUR 200 post-stay cleaning fee applies. This covers linen laundry, deep cleaning, and any necessary repainting or touch-up work after checkout. The fee is payable in advance in cash upon arrival.After check-out luggage service is chargeable for EUR 3 per bag. Cash payment only.Room keys must always be returned to the key box. Lost keys are charged at EUR 75.Please note that due to natural wear and tear, some interior décor and furnishings may be updated or replaced over time. We continuously strive to maintain a fresh and comfortable environment for our guests while ensuring all amenities remain functional and inviting.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
