A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required, collected by credit card at the time of the check-in. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

A surcharge of EUR 40 applies for arrivals from 19:00 until 00:00, while check-in between 00:01 and 03:00 costs EUR 70. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Check-in time shall be communicated to the host in advance to ensure the smooth check-in and check-in appointment time slot availability.

Please note that construction work is going all over the Malta as well as in buildings nearby and/or adjacent to us (depending on the timing) and some units may be affected by noise, the level of noise may be different and depends on the works which are being done.
