Children under 5 years are not allowed to use the pool.Housekeeping service is offered every 3 to 4 days, depending on the length of stay.Please note that maintenance work of the pool is carried out weekly on Monday and Thursday.Only registered guests are allowed on the property. A fine of €400/ night will be due for every additional person, beyond the maximum allowed of 6 persons.Fines for noise disturbance will be processed to guests.No hair colouring allowed during the stay. The cost of replacing stained towels and sheets will be charged.To prevent damage please keep outdoor umbrella closed if not in use.There will be a fine of €500 for smoking inside the house or on the bedroom balconies.Valuables & Personal Belongings:Guests are kindly requested to store all valuables in the safe provided within the villa. While every effort is made to ensure a secure and comfortable environment, Villa Osiris shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
