Excellent staff reception, housekeeping, and food preparation. A very quiet and tidy staff. An excellent room layout, a bathroom counter and tub shelf, and a nice eating space for breakfast and dinner options, fresh, ample, and delicious soaking pool in the courtyard. Problems with no bath curtain or tub panel to contain shower spray. The exceptionally clean room behind traditional Moroccan doors had a lovely pair of swan towels on the bed and a scattering of fresh rose petals. The excellent layout had ample luggage and counter shelf space. Their bilingual personnel couldn't be more helpful and professional. They made us feel welcome and gave us a traditional hand wash and helpful advice. Its location in the Medina is excellent and convenient to major routes and sites. Its location in the medina is important and easy to navigate. Late afternoons on the roof terrace, watching the occasional cat shortcut across the neighborhood rounds, was wonderful. We're grateful! For using their read computer to print out our Tanjazz tickets. The day manager even drove us unasked to the airport in the shuttle.

This hotel is in a very nice condition, very comfortable and clean. The service is very good, even though it is difficult to find because it is Morocco's streets. We booked this hotel on application. I am very satisfied with the service.

I really enjoyed my stay there, and this hotel is very convenient for shopping. The room was comfortable and the hot water pressure was good. The breakfast was also good, plus the service was very friendly. The spa not working was a problem for me, so I'm disappointed. As a result, I chose it as my read because of it.

The read is located 15 minutes walk from Jamal El Fan Square. There is no sign to indicate that it is difficult to find. To get to the spot where the taxi will drop you off, go 150 meters down the street and turn left. If you are unable to locate it, ask the street boys and spend 1020 dirham. You may assume that the read is not a pleasant place to stay from the outside and looking at the surroundings. However, when you enter the read, your perspective changes. Khadija will greet you with a big smile and mint tea and direct you to your room. The room we had was a standard room. Very clean and tastefully furnished. A small window overlooks the balcony. The bathroom is very small. Showering is impossible without the ground getting very wet. There are toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast is really the only minor flaw. An improvement could be adding eggs and vegetables to the standard menu.
