The riad and rooms were charming, decorated in traditional Moroccan style, clean and comfortable. The thing that REALLY stood out was the impeccable service from the very attentive staff from check-in, to full service breakfast and check-out.

I had a great stay at Riad Papillon. They arranged my transportation to and from the airport. The driver picked me up from the airport and drove me to the entrance of the Medina where someone from the Riad met me to help with my bags and walk me to the Riad. It is a very charming, quiet place to stay within minutes walk to everything. Breakfast was great and the concierge services were helpful and appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing palace to stay, with great and friendly staff. The staff went out of there to make me feel welcomed and Marrakesh. They also gave good insight to activities and spots to visit. They also warn you about Hustlers that will try to show you the way to hotel, they charged me $20 for 5 minutes of time (as I sadly found out because I didn’t listen). They are persistent everywhere in Marrakesh and not just limited to the hotels, don’t let them follow you and don’t interact with them.

Great little riad! Very clean, spacious for 2 ( we had twin beds) & large bathroom. We had a really good breakfast everyday, Youseff was amazing, attentive and Sooooo helpful! He gave us directions, recommendations and great tips for the area! Ali was wonderful and sweet as well! The riad was very close to everything! Thank you team Riad Papillion for a memorable atay!!!!

I had a great time staying at the Read pavilion and felt honored to be the first guest back after the moroccan border was reopened. I advise anyone thinking about a trip to Morocco to make an informed reservation without a doubtbecause it is a beautiful country full of lovely and welcoming people who are eager to see tourism take off. The read pavilion in particular is absolutely stunning first and foremostthe courtyard areas, the roof, and the individual rooms. Even the read entrance is stunning and I loved the walk down the charming alleyways each time I got home. I stayed in the hibiscus room and loved all the little detailsthe traditional lighting, the tilework, the lush rug under my feet, the door and window latches, the shower, and so on. It was everything I imagined morocco would be, and more. The manager, Ali, is fantastic when it comes to the employees. I loved getting to know and chatting with him, and he was always available to assist me with anything and everything I needed. The chef is a lovely woman and, naturally, a skilled cook booked a welcome dinner on my first night and it was one of my favorite dinners in Morocco perfectly tailored to my vegetarian diet. The personnel will arrange affordable transportation from the airport or bus station on request, and they supply lots of bottled water as they advise not to drink from the tap. The location

The hotel is in the middle of the Medina, although it is a little difficult to find the host Mohammed is very helpful and the hotel has a handy app that can be used to navigate the souls. The read was very clean, comfortable, and the breakfast every morning added to the fun of the day! Mohammed went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay and was always available with any questions we had. I even forgot my earring there and he sent it back to me at no cost as soon as we realized! Would definitely recommend this hotel along with one of its shared roads called read star, where we spent a couple of nights.

This hotel is near the main center of medina, this hotel is not easily accessible due to the very narrow road and rooms. It has a very welcoming and kind atmosphere. And then, the breakfast that they served here was very good. Then, they are also very friendly and helpful.

I can say that this place is very recommended. I thoroughly enjoyed the book. Cousin was our host, and he was just amazing! He was so kind. Both our breakfast and supper were excellent. After a long hot day, the air conditioning in the room was great.

The location cannot have been better because it is close to many restaurants, shops, and the old medina square, which is a bit difficult to find at first. The street is full of tourists and shops and the king's palace, which is constantly guarded by police. A very safe place to stroll and enjoy. A very nice man who understands some English and is always available to help you with a cup of tea upon your return does the read. The beds are comfortable and clean white linens and the rooms are in the Moroccan style. The rooftop terrace is quite tranquil and allows you to unwind and feel as though you are in another dimension beyond the busy streets below. Breakfast is served every morning outside our room facing the courtyard, with coffee and the best orange juice I've ever had since my early years living in Florida, freshly squeezed and sweet every day. Toast, eggs, etc. Nothing to complain about, but in some areas the bathroom needed some updating.
