Heel mooie, verzorgde Riad rustig gelegen in de toch drukke Medina. Iedere dag uitstekend ontbijt met heel veel variatie. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een aanrader om er te verblijven en Marrakech te ontdekken !

Amazing Riad, very quiet and clean. Staff is very kind and helpful, we took the transfer offered by the Riad and everything was very smooth. The included breakfast is very good and very fresh, you get something different everyday! The food options for dinner are very good as well, super fresh and generous portions! The roof terrace is a really nice place to relax after a whole day of walking 🚶 And lastly we used the spa services, all very clean and very kind ladies ❤️ cannot recommend enough! The the only thing we missed was a TV since it was a bit stormy in the evenings we could have used it!

Can’t say enough good things about this Riad. Very clean, comfortable and great location, the sheets even smell softener. Every detail in our room was well thought, there were rose petals all over in our arrival. Now I have to say, the best part of this Riad is their people. Driss , Abdo and the ladies who works there provided excellent customer service, always willing to help. They do make a great difference! Thank you so much for everything, me and my family are really happy.

Rommet var koselig, samme med fellesområdene. Egen takterrasse der man kunne nyte medbragt. Frokosten var nydelig og senga overraskende god. Rolig beliggenhet innenfor muren i Medinaen, men litt i ytterkant av gamlebysentetet. Vi brukte ca 20 min å gå til den store plassen. Ville absolutt booket samme riad igjen.

The riad was beautiful and exceptionally clean, with charming Moroccan décor and a touch of French elegance. We stayed in the junior suite, which was absolutely dreamy. The rooftop terrace was a stunning spot to watch the sunrise and sunset, with views of the Atlas Mountains in the distance. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning and absolutely delicious. After long walks exploring the city, the small pool was perfect for dipping our tired feet and relaxing. The riad is ideally located — everything is within walking distance. Abdolah and Idris were wonderful hosts, always warm, attentive, and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The housekeeping staff were lovely too, constantly ensuring the place remained spotless. Overall, our experience was excellent. We’re so grateful to the entire team for their hospitality and hope to return very soon! Maryam & Essi

Le service à l’hôtel est vraiment exceptionnel. Abdo et son équipe sont d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables : nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison dès notre arrivée. Ils nous ont conseillé d’excellents endroits à visiter et nous ont guidés vers des transports sûrs et à des prix corrects. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, avec beaucoup de variété, ce qui est vraiment appréciable avant de partir explorer la ville. Notre chambre était très agréable et la propreté irréprochable. Seule petite remarque : la piscine n’est pas la plus simple à utiliser, car elle se trouve au milieu du jardin d’hiver. Dans tous les cas, nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

Omdat de taxi niet tot bij het hotel kon komen, werden we netjes opgehaald door de manager en een kruier voor de koffers. Daarna een uiterst vriendelijk ontvangst met thee en lekkernijen. Na de check-in uitvoerig uitleg gehad over de do’s en don’t’s in Marrakesh. Prima kamers en een uitstekend ontbijt. We kregen een ontbijtpakket mee vanwege de vroege terugvlucht. In het hotel geen alcohol maar op het dakterras van het nabij gelegen restaurant des te meer. Zeker een aanrader.

Riad Sapphire and Spa Located away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina in one of the side streets. A lovely way to experience local hospitality. A nice, very clean and spacious environment, with great staff at all levels who were always ready to please. Fantastic for lone female travellers where personal security is made a priority. The inclusive breakfast is really substantial and even though a small establishment, freshly cooked lunch and delicious evening meals are available to order. The luxury of an in-house Hammam and Massage facility meant I did not have to travel far to experience some self indulgence. My thanks to Driss and his team for making my stay here a safe and pleasant one 🙏 Highly recommended!

Friendly host, nice and clean room. Pretty riad. Walkable to the YSL musee in about 20min+, AC is cool enough, although the bath sink was not draining well but overall we are quite happy with our stay. Recommended!
