Under Auckland City Council regulations, quiet hours are in effect from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, please refrain from activities that cause excessive noise, including loud music, construction, or other disruptive sounds. Breaching this rule may result in a fine of up to $3,000 from Auckland, Rotorua, or Palmerston North City Council. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful community.

Once fine notice issued and then you will have to pay it within 10 days including directly deduct from your bank account king and other of your assets.

This is one of the conditions accepted by any people who stay in this property when make a booking.

Checkout:
The standard checkout time is before 10:00 AM. ARent operates with goodwill and great trust in our guests. Therefore, we do not collect cash deposits (for damage or loss) from our guests. Additionally, we strive to minimize any disturbances to our guests. Our staff will conduct inspections at the end of each stay after guests have departed. I am confident you are excellent guests, taking care of the property and treating it as your own home.

Before you leave, please:

Switch off the stove, water, and lights.
Lock the door securely and return the key to the lockbox.
Lock the lockbox and reset the four-digit combination to 0000.
Cleaning Policy:
To ensure the next guest enjoys a clean and comfortable environment, we kindly request the following:

Trash Disposal:

Dispose of all trash in the designated rubbish bin or recycling bin.
There are rubbish bins outside the house:
Red-cap bin: General rubbish (all kinds of rubbish).
Blue/yellow-cap bin: Recycling items such as paper cartons, plastic bottles, and metal cans.
Small recycling bin: Glass bottles.
Ensure floors and surfaces are clean and free of clutter.
Dishwashing:

Wash all used dishes, bowls, chopsticks, cups, and other utensils before leaving.
Once cleaned, return them to their proper place.
Property Tidiness:

Please make sure the property is tidy and clean.
Put all items back in their original areas to avoid additional cleaning costs being charged to your account.
