When we arrived at this motel, we chose a room. It is old but the condition is good. It is clean and comfortable and the bed is very comfortable. The tiny kitchen is very well furnished with a full-sized oven. I would not hesitate to recommend this.

Very relaxing after staying here! This place is clean and has good lighting. The staff is friendly, and they provide plenty of tea and coffee. They are very helpful. They also have friendly and very good prices. The location is excellent to explore the neighborhood. I will be back on our next trip

The location is close to Gatriel Glough and Nugget Point for day trips, and sadly, the Ctha Punt was canceled due to low water levels, but better to do this next time. Despite being a little antiquated, the unit was clean and roomy, had a garden, and had a comfy bed. Netflix and Sky selections were good on a large screen. The unit was cozy at night thanks to the heat pump. The cafe across the street serves breakfast and decent coffee, and Easter Monday, when the subway was open, was the only day off they had.

This is the only place I visit when traveling through Balcón. The place is really comfy and affordable. It's nice to have a kitchen in the room so I can prepare my own meals. 50 sky channels was great as I was traveling alone. The owner is really friendly.

We chose this property in the hopes that it would meet our expectations. The town center is actually about 900 meters away. We intended to eat at the cafe across the street, but sadly it was sunday and the close to four squares shut down at rp, as was everything else except the pub. Renovations were in progress, so we were given what appeared to be a disabled room on the end with ample parking at the door. Our room had a separate bedroom with a queen bed, which was very comfortable, but we wondered why a cover on an extremely shabby and tattered donna? We want better at $ 140 per night. The kitchen facilities were excellent, but the microwave dishes were scarce. Our bathroom was dreadful and depressing, with no bench space to place toiletries. In fact, the entire unit appears worn out and needs to be updated with new flooring and curtains. The wall sconces and lampshades must be removed, and adding a good few light globes would make things better. It needs styling! It is good to have television with 50 sky channels, including all sport channels and movies, we and unlimited WiFi. Every room has a fan, a heat pump, and air conditioning. This place is great, thanks to the fan that made for a comfortable stay.
