Arrive late dari Trier, request untuk Dorm Female only, granted, thanks God, ada additional charge but that is alright! Kamarnya gedeeee banget hanya ada 3 bunkbed dua kamar mandi dan satu toilet. Ada hairdryer juga. Sandwich-nya murah, air panas free. Thanks!

The position of the room was excellent, and my stay was wonderful, especially when I was welcomed with open arms. Instead of asking for my passport, the receptionist saw me tired of walking under the cold and offered me a bottle of water. Lovely, and the other breakfast staff provided excellent service. Congratulations Hampton Dusseldorf.

Very pleasant stay with very good location. The hotel itself is very nice and clean and is in a good location. The staff was very helpful and accommodating in everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast service was very nice too.

This hotel is amazing. The location is perfect, close to the main station and the supermarket. Small Tokyo is only a block away, and there are many Asian restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Shopping streets and malls are also within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

We didn't get to stay fully due to a family bereavement and we were hoping for a partial refund. I think they took that as if you do come up early but leave early you get a refund of 10 on non-used days. The room was neat, the staff is reasonably friendly and the location, while not perfect, is very easy to get to the main sights in Düsseldorf via bus and u lines all 2 minutes walk from the hotel. The buffet continental breakfast has a good selection of meat and cheese too. We didn't get to stay fully due to a family bereavement and I wanted a partial refund, I got 10 due to misunderstanding of the small print, it said if we don't turn up I get a refund minus 10 for fees, they took this as if you did turn up but leave early you get a refund of 10 on the days not used. I admit this was a little confusing but they gave us 20 euros back, which is better than nothing.

Walking distance to the main station and city center. Kamarnya bersih dan fasilitasnya lengkap, ada alat-alat masak kalau misalnya mau masak sendiri. Kipas angin juga disediakan, in case kepanasan pas summer.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I had forgotten my toothbrush, but unfortunately they couldn't give me one because because they had run out of it a day later everyone had forgotten their brush. The next day we arrived late for breakfast, it was 930 and they closed at 10, and there was nothing left. There wasn't enough food. I was really disappointed. The people at the reception are always very friendly.

I must definitely stay at this hotel again in the future. We arrived at Das Mutterhaus Hotel and were greeted by the receptionist who was very pleasant and informative, we were able to check into the hotel in the morning as our room was available which was great as we had much time to see the area and make our way into the city for the afternoon. The room was spotless and had most of what you needed for a pleasant stay, although a mirror in the bedroom over the dressing table would have been a wonderful addition to the room. Breakfast was served in a lovely dining room and was selfservice, but you could request items that werent on the buffet. I requested poached eggs, which they did manage to make after me trying to explain how to do this, they werent very successful, so on the and morning I had a lovely continental breakfast that was excellent with plenty of choice and as much tea, coffee, or juices you could want. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel on the last day while we were going into the city center, but the hotel couldnt check us in online for our flight, so I went out of my comfort zone and checked in on my phone, which worked out well for us. When we arrived back at the hotel to meet the taxi to take us to the airport, we had an hour to lose, I asked at reception if it was possible for us

A convenient hotel in Dussoldorf's south, close to highways. Although the building is a bit old, it is clean, and the rooms are nice. The brunch is excellent. The website still states it has a bar and restaurant, but this is not the case, perhaps due to the frequently occurring staff shortages, why not update it? The amazing La Cantina Italian restaurant, strangely located in a commercial area, is only a 10-minute walk away. Don't forget about the hotel's 11 euros per night car parking.
