Additional rules
- Do NOT hang any clothes in the balcony. You will be penalized by the SMDC Admin
- AVOID making loud noises (observe silence). SMDC Admins monitor the vicinity.
- AVOID frying fish (or anything that makes the smell stay) inside the unit because it may cause a slimy/fishy smell that cannot be easily taken away.
- Do NOT place TRASH outside the unit. There is a GARBAGE collector every morning. When you hear the bell ring, you may take the TRASH out.
