Front desk staff are very helpful in many aspects of our stay. Rooms were clean and everything work well.location to the beach is great. Open air lounge/reception area is nice to hang out and have coffee and padasel. Will stay there again.

Weve been to Eriko a couple of times already, but I just had the chance to analyze them. Ate Baby is our favorite car here. The last one we reserved 5 rooms as we had a family trip last July. Benefits budget and comfort. Which means you can sleep with nice clean pillows and sheets, walk to and from stations 13 coz you are in the middle. A few steps from the beach, counted about 20 steps in a large alley almost a trike road, a 24 he convenience store outside the property, and food standrestos within 1015 mins. Small is around 1 minute or two cons no beachfront you have to rent maybes from beachfront properties, which usually costs about p 100hour depending on your haggling skills.

This is a budget hotel so dont expect a five star hotel accommodation, having said that it is a nice place and just a few steps to the beach. Staff are very helpful too. The place is clean, air condition is freezing cold but hot water for shower is inconsistent but i don't mind because the weather is hot anyway. Wifi is a bit spotty and i dont mind also because you can buy a local sim card for one dollar and get internet data for just 3 dollars good for 7 days anywhere in the Philippines. I would definitely stay there again.

My room was full of ants and bugs. Washroom exhaust was not working and there were no toiletries or towels.

No toiletries in the room. Staff are so rude. Bed smells pee. Lot of mosquitoes in the room, ask them to spray when we already check in. Super negative review.
