You may use designated smoking areas outside the building. • Don’t host parties or loud gatherings without prior approval. • Don’t bring unregistered guests into the unit or building for security reasons. • Don’t move or rearrange furniture without permission. • Don’t hang clothes on the balcony railing—use the indoor drying rack provided. • Don’t use bath towels as rags or for pool use—please bring your own towels for swimming. • Don’t bring pets—sorry, pets are not allowed in the unit or building.
