1. Treat the house as if it were your own
2. Do not leave gates or doors ajar
3. Minimize noise, house is not sound-proofed
4. Smoking is allowed in the porch area only. Cigarettes may only be disposed on the provided ash tray, improper disposal of cigarettes are subject to deductions in deposit
5. No pets allowed
6. House owners are not responsible for any loss and damage of valuables or accidents arising from renter’s stay
7. Properly dispose of waste. Refrain from flushing insoluble materials in the kitchen sink and toilet
8. Turn off air conditioning and electricity when going out
9. Illegal use of drugs and other drug paraphernalia is strictly prohibited
10. No clothes, sheets, blankets, towels or laundry shall be hung outside the porch area
11. Any theft, damage, or destruction of property will be charged to the rentee
12. To ensure efficient check-in and check-out and processing, please observe the following:
Check-in time: 2pm
Check-out time: 12pm
