Apartment Jazz

HOUSE RULES:
Pets are NOT allowed due to residents complaints and problems with allergies and noises, we can no longer allow pets in apartment.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the apartment.
Please feel free to smoke on the balcony terrace or anywhere else on the external property.
You are not permitted to rearrange the inside furniture.
You are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment rented to you.
This includes taking out the garbage and clean on a daily / regular basis to avoid additional cleaning charges on check out and problems with bad odors and avoid attraction of bugs.
You and your guests are kindly asked to take care of the apartment and furniture, both inside and outside.

Please NOTE – sometimes there are very strong winds and rain storms, which can cause severe damage to outdoor furniture, please put all cover seats back in the designated box.
Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the suite.
When you and your guests exit the apartment, you have the obligation to: switch off the lights and electrical appliances.

CHECK OUT:
You have the obligation to leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it – No Damages- Clean and no Trash!!
To avoid additional cleaning charges on check out, all guests are required to keep and leave the room in a good condition and, on check-out remove all rubbish and ensure all dishes are washed and put away.
Damages in apartment will be billed to the guest and reported to agoda.

NOTICE:
No parties or events allowed.
Please do not have loud music, loud TV’s or make any other noise that is likely to disturb the enjoyment of other residents within the building.
In the interest of the building and neighbors, we ask you to observe the rest periods. From 22:00 - 7:00h is the night rest. Weekends from 23:00-7:00h
Please take extra care of your keys.
Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
The fee for the lost key will be 680pln.

As soon as you enter the apartment, it is assumed that you and your guests have read and understood these House Rules and that you automatically agree with them as a result of your agreement to stay at Apartment Jazz.
