Jedyne co można uznać za znakomite w przypadku naszego pobytu w Elite Apartments King Size Old Town to położenie obiektu. Naprzeciw kościoła św. Brygidy z jednej strony i zabytkowej Hali Targowej z drugiej. Wszędzie blisko. I na Starówkę, i do ECSu można było dojść w 5 minut. Dodatkowo w pobliżu jest sporo barów i restauracji, gdzie można było np. zjeść pyszne śniadanie i nie korzystać z kuchni w której jest miejsce tak naprawdę dla jednej osoby. Ale to nie jedyny problem z kwaterą. W jednym z pokojów czuć było wyraźnie mało sympatyczny zapach pleśni. Ale najgorsze czekało dopiero w łazienkach. Widząc dwie łazienki człowiek się cieszy - zwłaszcza, że przyjechał większą grupą. Nic z tych rzeczy. W większej łazience znajdowała się jedyna umywalka - właściwie trzeba by powiedzieć umywaleczka, bo raczej trudno umyć się w czymś mniejszym nawet niż kartka A4. Za to z wanny woda nie spływała w ogóle. Hitem był zaś prysznic w drugiej łazience. Tam odpływ był całkowicie zapchany, a że brodzik był z gatunku płytkich, to po pół minucie woda kałuża wody stała już nie tylko w łazience, ale i w całym przedpokoju. Na zwróconą uwagę do obsługi obiektu, że jest taki problem usłyszałem, że problem zostanie zaraz naprawiony, po czym nie było żadnej reakcji. Dziwię się, bo ktoś przygotował całkiem fajne pokoje w całkiem fajnym miejscu, a nie zadbał o czystość i komfort gości, na dodatek zupełnie "bez pojęcia" zaprojektował łazienki, z których nie da się korzystać.

strong points: - perfect location (800m to railway station, Moltawa, WWII Museum, within perimeter of old downtown) - shops and restaurants around - new tiles in bathroom, recently painted weak points: - problems with fungus in 2 rooms - problems with run off water in shower (it cannot be used due to flood threat) - no place for washing hands in WC - only a tiny sink in the bathroom - place to eat for 1 person only (a corner with a bar stool) - pillows and quilts - the most cheap ones from a cheap chain shop (quilt too small and too cold), pillows for less than 3EUR offer comfort corresponding to the price Stated as an apartment for up to 10 people. In reality 3 rooms: 1 small room with a double bed, 1 room with a double bed and a couch, 1 bigger room with a double bed, a couch and TV set. No sitting area, no table, etc. 5 couples can sleep there, but then it is a hostel standard. The pictures are misleading. Everything has been arranged for photos only. The apartment has not been really cleaned upon arrival. 2 Pillows and 1 quilt were missing, 2 roles of toilet paper for 8 people for 5 days. WIFI password obtained after strong pressure. 3 keys for 4 couples (let me cite the stuff guy: "in principle we give only 1 key per apartment, 3 keys is an exception"). Copying a key costs peanuts in Gdansk, but still they have refused. They have insisted on paying cleaning fee even if we had to clean the rooms ourselves when moving in.
