★ Making a reservation is tantamount to reviewing and accepting the provisions of the Rules. The regulations apply to Golden Apartments and applies to all people staying in them.
★ The room is rented for nights. Check-in time is 3:00 PM to 10:00 AM the next day.
★ It is possible to extend the night until 12:00 for an additional fee of 50 zł.
You must report the extension by 9am on the phone
prior to departure.
★ The customer is obliged to report any discrepancies or faults by phone within an hour of receiving the keys to the apartment. Any requests will be removed as soon as possible by GOLDEN APARTMENTS staff (max within 24 hours of the request).
★ Losing the keys to the Apartment comes with an additional fee of 150 zł.
★ The customer does not have the right to provide keys and share the apartment with third parties.
★ Quiet hours between 10:00 pm - 7:00 am . Guest behavior should not interfere with the peace of mind of other guests. In violation of this rule, Golden Apartments may refuse the person to continue providing services and without the obligation to refund the amount due to the remaining booking period and charge a contractual penalty of PLN 1,000.
★ Social gatherings are prohibited in apartments. For organizing a social event that is disruptive to other tenants, the Host may refuse the person to continue providing services and charges an additional fee of PLN 1,000 (say, one thousand zlotys).
