Amazing view! Breakfast on the balcony was perfect. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone. The staff gave us expert advice on hikes, and dinner locations. Parking is on the street but in March we had no problem finding a spot close by. The room was comfortable and well maintained.

Es war rund um schön... einfach Urlaub.. Unterkunft hat die Erwartungen deutlich erfüllt... Frühstück reichhaltig mit Nachschlag falls gewünscht... Personal sehr zuvorkommend...Wasser immer auf Zimmer verfügbar.

We lived our terrace with a view of beach. The staff is very helpful, providing beach towels, and offering to help book boat tours, etc. we didn’t have the breakfast but the rooms to have a coffee maker and kettle. Location is great. There are a lot of steps down to the town but it’s very close to the beach, and walkable to restaurants and the boardwalk trail to Algar Seco.

We stayed in a room with a seaview terrace. The view was excellent! All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The energy breakfast was fabulous... served on our terrace... just the right way to start the day. We would definitely stay here again.

I was in Carvoeiro for one night and I enjoyed my stay at O Castelo Guest House. The guest house was super clean, nice size bedroom with everything you would need, every staff I met was super friendly and ready to assist me with anything I needed. The location was also great, balcony overlooked the beach and a few minutes walk to Carvoeiro beach and the boardwalk leading to Algar Seco. O Castello is the only place I’m staying if I visit again and would 100% recommend.

Traveled as a family with two teenagers. Stayed three nights. You couldn't ask for better views. The hotel is cozy and the room was spotless. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. They assisted with booking a boat tour of the caves when the tour company's online reservation system wasn't accepting any more reservations. Lots of local restaurants to explore and enjoy. Expect hills but it's very walkable.

Fabulous place to stay. We were in the Seaview room and the view was stunning. The staff are very helpful. We were recommended local restaurants and they even organised our caves boat trip. We had breakfast both mornings and it was well presented and delicious. We were concerned about parking but we had no problems getting a parking spot on the street. It might be different in summer. We just wished we had longer. It was a fabulous location for us with a car.

We absolutely loved it here. The views are breathtaking. When we checked in we were greeted so kindly. She helped us book breakfast for the morning, made us supper reservations, and even booked a boat tour for the next day to see the caves. It made this trip so much easier with all of the help and it was greatly appreciated. We loved our breakfast each morning. Such a nice option to eat on our own private balcony in the sunshine. The room was great, bed was comfortable and the entire hotel was clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again when back in Portugal.

What a tremendous place. A view of the sea from our bed, every morning, is something of which I could never tire. This place has it all: an unbeatable location (although the uphill climb requires a certain degree of fitness if walking from the town area); the most friendly, helpful and accommodating staff I have ever met, anywhere - not just one of them, but ALL of them; an exhilarating breakfast experience, with freshly-cooked food which is delivered to the room and can be eaten on the balcony, where appropriate; and a devotion to cleanliness that almost becomes an obsession. We loved it. You have to book early to avoid disappointment, but that is a word that did not even enter my head while we were there.

Lovely hotel with amazing views of the beach. Very nice room with modern tiled bathroom. Having breakfast delivered to eat on our balcony was great! Staff very friendly and helpful. It is about 6 flights of stairs up from the beach but that’s how you get a great view! Carvoeiro was a perfect location, we hiked from Praia da Marinha along the 7 Hanging Valleys trail back to the hotel in about 3 hours.
