Effective October 1, 2024, all confirmed bookings with the property require customer/guest to contact the property directly at least 1 day prior to check-in date for arranging their arrival instructions. The property reserves the right to refuse accommodating the guest if no arrangement is made.

The property provides a welcome package, comprised of fruit, pastries, still and sparkling water, coffee, tea, olive oil and salt.Please note that children are charged the full rate.Please also note that the property does not feature a lift. Access to the apartments is via stairs.Please note that construction works are underway in the property's street.Please note that housekeeping/cleaning services are not provided on December 25th and on January 1st. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Rua Augusta nº 138, 1100-054 Lisboa. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. A security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
