We had a great stay overall. The beds were extremely comfortable, and having AC in the rooms made a big difference for a restful night’s sleep. The space itself is beautifully designed, and we really appreciated how the units are set up with enough separation to provide a sense of privacy. Check-in was smooth, with clear and thorough instructions that made everything easy from the start. One thing to note is that the showers are on the smaller side, which might feel a bit tight if you’re taller than 5'5. That said, I would definitely recommend this place, especially for larger groups/families or longer stays where comfort, layout, and privacy really matter.

Our room was modern, spacious and lovely. Kitchen had sufficient but minimal supplies. I really appreciated the initial supply of wine and water but could have used a blanket for curling up on the couch. Good location. walkable to good restaurants, the main tourist areas and 5 min to subway. Location is a little off the main square, up a big stairway where we did see some sad sites (homeless). Secure gated community was comforting. I would definitely recommend.

The apartment was located in a cosy area close to both viewpoints and shopping streets. A great apartment that suited our family perfectly — 2 adults, 2 teenagers and a 5-year-old. Fresh and nicely decorated rooms, 3 bedrooms with a workspace, a large spacious kitchen and living room with most things you could need. I'm giving the accommodation top marks thanks to the location, condition and décor — it looks exactly like the photos. The only downside was that the apartment got cold and damp on some days, which led to some mould on the walls in one of the bedrooms. They had however addressed this by installing AC units and moisture absorbers in each room. A few things in the kitchen were broken — the toaster, for example — and a couple of lights weren't working, but these are minor details in the grand scheme of things.

Will definitely be back to this place, our apartment was more than expected and a 15 minute walk from everything. The only downside was the area is very dirty with a lot of garbage all around.

Everything was excellent! Contrary to some previous reviews, the place is very well located, peaceful, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The service provided by Iris and Nívea was outstanding — kind, attentive, and always willing to help, they truly elevated the experience. I’ve read some comments suggesting the area isn’t safe, and honestly, that says more about the lack of perspective of those who wrote them than about the place itself. As someone who travels frequently across many countries and cities, I can say that safety and hospitality often depend on how open-minded and respectful we are toward others. Sadly, there are still people who mistake diversity for danger — a mindset rooted in prejudice and, at times, subtle xenophobia. That’s precisely why stays like this one deserve recognition: they remind us that kindness and humanity still make all the difference.
