It was a wonderful experience staying at mainly lake resort. Best aspects 1. Maintain cleanliness in rooms and other areas. 2. Hospitality All people at the resort are well dressed and most importantly well mannered. 3. Food is too amazing, you will not get it outside anywhere. One of the best resort I have visited in India.

When we came to Dollar to attend a wedding, we booked 5 rooms. Booking was made on the phone a week before travel. The room was decent. They have a free boat ride in the evening. The breakfast buffet in the morning was a letdown. When I got there at 9:45 am, most items were gone. Room service was prompt and responsive. Clean property.

Very pleasant hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Manager and front desk staff very humble and helpful. Food is good, cleanliness is good. Overall a great stay, safety is very good. Good recommendation from my side.

The atmosphere is relaxed and the hotel is fully equipped. Then, the service was amazing. Subsequently, the rooms are comfy with warm hospitality. Besides that, the massage at the spa is also very nice, especially the man-servant therapist.

We were having bedbugs in our bed! The room was small, the staff was unfriendly, the hotel was a bit old, and the surroundings were not very nice. I cannot recommend this hotel. The only positive thing I can mention is the restaurant. The food was also good and we had a very courteous waiter.

If you're looking to shop around, this hotel is ideal since it's on my road and near all the shopping malls. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself is quite well maintained.

The front desk personnel were very cold, no welcome, and not at all enticing. Especially girish. The rooms are old, not kept up, the food is average, especially the breakfast, which tastes like it was cooked in old oil, after that I felt sick. The view of Ashtamudi Lake from the rooms is the greatest part, it is wonderful and beautiful. The housekeeping staff is extremely accommodating. The restaurant's waiters are also extremely welcoming and modest. I also want to emphasize that the security officer, who is a retired police superintendent, was quite accommodating.

We really enjoyed our time with Alphonse Jacques Sir and family. This place is well planned for a cake mixing function. The staff was so friendly and polite. Also, the breakfast was served on a nice plate. They also have a nice pool too.

This hotel is beautifully furnished, clean, comfortable, helpful staff, and a bathtub can be arranged for a short trip to town. The pool is well maintained and clean, with a changing area and great views of the lake. When we arrived, the receptionist was lovely, offered us a drink, checked in was smooth and we were escorted to our rooms, shown how to use the air conditioner and lights, and told about a boat ride around the area. It is well worth it, even if you are tired. The scenery and wildlife were breathtaking, and the boat was cozy. Bed comfortable, sheets very clean, everything in the bathroom worked, and hot water. Must be an excellent housekeeping crew. Sadly, we only stayed one night because we went up the river the next day, but I would strongly recommend a couple of nights of distress, especially if you're going on a tour.
