The location and the hotel itself are actually quite stunning. The staff was pleasant and helpful throughout our entire stay. Even though there were some really concerning issues, they made the entire visit unbearable. The room was outdated, the floor was covered in scratches, and the closet door was stuck when we arrived and no one noticed it from the housekeeping's shower door, flooding the bathroom. The guest toilet in the room was very cold, around 1015 degrees inside it was really chilly. Breakfast was ok, but I would have expected more having experience with other hotels operated by Kempinski. The waitresses were professional when serving and explaining the foods and beverages extremely accurately, but most of them seemed to dislike the job at all, especially given the price range. The food was average, at times disappointing, especially considering the cost range. The drink menu has a really wide variety of quality drinks. Our room was very noisy, I could hear every noise from the corridor and the previous room. Housekeeping clapped at an unusual time, once after 8 a.m. I think most guests knew nothing about how to dress up in a five-star hotel for a meal. It was very alarming. Most of the guests served their breakfasts in sweatpants and hoodies and sometimes barefoot. In a high-ranking hotel, this should not be allowed, and even for breakfast, a dress

We highly suggest this place. The hotel is in a great location, with friendly but professional personnel. They provide a great spa, spacious rooms, and excellent breakfast. However, the price of the restaurant dinner was low quality and unsustainable. The room also had a large size, with a great breakfast. But one thing is the cost that was not worth it.

This place has a place worth staying at. It comes highly recommended. The atmosphere in this hotel is very comfortable. The spa facilities are really good, and the room size is large. There is also a good breakfast, but the service is not that great. However, the price for dinner at this restaurant is too expensive and not of high quality.

I stayed in this hotel for a good time. After 3 years, we came back. Despite changing, the standard is still the best. Lovely hotel with a lovely atmosphere. But what excites me the most is the staff's professionality. Every day, Mars Kathryn Roll and her team perform a perfect job. In my opinion, we had a great time at this hotel. We strongly suggest all to visit this location and enjoy the kindness and professional service of the staff. I will undoubtedly return in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. We were not disappointed with the quality at all, and the vibe was so welcoming. I will be back again. I stayed at this hotel for 3 years. The quality was still on the top, but the quality was constant. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. But what really impresses me is the courtesy of the employees. Each day kathryn roll and her employees do an excellent job. We had a wonderful time at this hotel once more. I heartily advise everyone to visit this hotel and experience their kind and caring service.
