Habis acara yang lumayan bikin social battery terkuras langsung nginep di sini🤍 Tempatnya tenang, udaranya sejuk, view Merbabu cantik banget, cocok buat recharge. Kamarnya bersih, nyaman, dan stafnya ramah. Bangun pagi rasanya adem banget lihat pemandangan. Pokoknya worth it buat yang lagi pengen healing atau quality time. Minusnya cuma kalo weekday cafenya cuma sampe jam 4 sore huhu tp masih bisa pesen makan pakai ojek online jadi masih okeee. Semoga bisa balik lagi!🩷🩷

Check-in was smooth, and the receptionist was very polite. We were a group of five: three adults and two children (11 and 14 years old). Our booking clearly stated that each room included free breakfast for two adults and one child. We booked two rooms for three nights. For the first two days, everything went smoothly. However, on the third day, ¡Qué horror! The receptionist suddenly told us that we had to pay an additional charge for the children's breakfast, claiming that the 11-year-old and 14-year-old were considered adults. I have no problem paying for breakfast if that is the hotel's policy, but that's not the issue. If the hotel had explained this on the first day, I would have understood. Instead, they waited until the last day to inform us, even though our booking confirmation clearly stated that each room included free breakfast for two adults and one child. I was simply defending my rights as a guest based on the reservation details. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Anyway, the Executive Chef came over personally to apologize, which I really appreciated. It was a professional gesture, and I would like to give him credit for handling the situation well. Unfortunately, the restaurant receptionist did not apologize, which was disappointing. Overall, this hotel is almost perfect. The only other issues we experienced were that the TV in room 2410 suddenly froze while we were watching YouTube, and the air conditioner in room 2411 could not be adjusted to make the room warmer. Other than these issues, everything else was good, and we had a pleasant stay. Good cleanliness atmosphere.
