Important: The number of rooms made available depends on the size of your group. For bookings of up to 10 adults, five double bedrooms in the main house will be available to your group, and the two separate studios may either remain closed or be rented to other guests. For 11–12 adults, five double bedrooms and one studio will be available, the other studio may still be rented separately. For 13–14 adults, the entire property—five double bedrooms and both studios—is reserved exclusively for your group.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
