It is a small apartment. Beds are comfy. This unit is absolutely non-style, it's strictly functional. Views are nice because this is a section of Chakras Cove near the beach, but keep in mind that three other balconies will be overlooked! If you like your privacy, this is not for you.

What a fantastic little location. The little veranda of the apartment offers incredibly breathtaking views. After two weeks of terrible flooding in Kin, we stayed on April 22-24. The apartment is brand new, spotless, and useful. The simple furnishings serve perfectly for a vacation by the coast. It is not the most cozy bed. I suspect it was a quick fix after the terrible floods because the toilet paper holder, hooks, etc. weren't properly positioned, making them appear extremely loose. The managing agent was honest enough to claim that the unit was flooded. The apartment offers everything you require and is in the ideal location for striking beaches. A charming little pizza and coffee shop across the street serves a quick lunch.

The place is very strategic, so it's near the beach. The room is spacious. The view from here is spectacular. The staff are really friendly and have a great sense of humor. The main room is small but comfortable. Remember to close the window when at night because there is a monkey at night who come to visit you in the early morning. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Please fix the gas break it's not working. We moved to another unit on our last night which was a bit awkward and it stated on the website that there was availability for our dates. All were clean and tidy. Property is in a great location with beautiful views.
