I just returned from Hanoi. Stayed at a luxury old quarter hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The location was right, right place to stay if you want to try street food and experience the sights and sounds. Will not hestitate to recommend this place to my friends.

In our trips to Vietnam in north Vietnam, we stayed here several times and reserved an executive room, which was wonderful. A very quiet location that faces a bustling highway in the Hani Old Quarter. Quite big, with a terrace and a separate sitting area, which we were unable to utilize because the weather was not fantastic on any of the days we were there, a mini fridge, and a bottle of wine. The service was excellent. The front desk assisted us with directions, restaurants, an amazing massage, and reservation, if required. For our journey to the spa, we put our luggage there. They don't place them in a secure, locked room, but in the lobby, where there is someone available around the clock. Wasn't a problem, but some people might not be content with it. The breakfast is our only issue. We were never there late, and the options weren't good, almost gone, and cold when they should have been hot. We also got a regular room once when we arrived very early from the spa to sleep and have somewhere to go at 700 in the morning. Nice spacious room, quiet, but no windows, which we didn't mind during our visit.

The room condition was excellent. The bathrooms and furnishings were amazing. The front desk staff was very helpful. This hotel has a wonderful location. The breakfast was great. It took a while for the food to be cooked since there was only one person in the breakfast room. The coffee was almost ran out.

The location is in the old town and close to everything. The employees was nice and helpful. We leave early the morning and they pack us breakfast to go.

My sister and I stayed here for a few days, and we could use and want everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. WiFi is a bit slow, but i give it to the building being a little older.
