-You must provide a valid phone number and email address at the time of booking for accommodation information and check-in (both in-person and contactless).
-If you do not provide or incorrectly provide contact information at the time of booking, please send the correct contact information and reservation confirmation (or reservation details) to the accommodation as soon as possible.
-The accommodation is not responsible for any issues arising from missing or incorrect contact information.
-If you are checking in after 8 PM on the day of arrival, please arrange the check-in time and procedure with the accommodation in advance.
-Additional services, facility usage fees, and payment methods may vary by accommodation, so please check directly with the accommodation before check-in.
-The use of additional services or facilities may be restricted depending on the accommodation or weather conditions. Refunds (partial compensation) for accommodation costs due to this are not possible.
-All children and infants are considered adults regardless of age. Additional charges may apply, or entry may be denied if the maximum room occupancy is exceeded.
-Special requests may vary depending on the accommodation and situation.
-Smoking is prohibited within the accommodation, and costs may be incurred due to smoking.
-For the operation of the accommodation and a comfortable stay, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions upon booking confirmation.
-For other inquiries, please contact the accommodation directly for accurate and prompt assistance.
-Contacting through 'Contact Accommodation' within the OTA web/app is not possible. Please contact the accommodation or OTA customer service center.
