ᄆ If guests do not provide or enter incorrect contact information during the reservation, kindly forward the correct details along with a copy of the reservation confirmation or details to the property promptly.
ᄆ The property cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the absence or inaccuracy of contact information.
ᄆ For check-ins after 08:00 PM (Korean time) on the arrival day, it is necessary to contact the property in advance to arrange the check-in time and procedure.
ᄆ Each property has varying options, statuses, and charges for services, facilities, and payment methods. Therefore, please confirm directly with the property before check-in.
ᄆ Usage of additional services, facilities, or other options may be subject to restrictions based on weather or property conditions on the day of use. Refunds for property costs due to such limitations are not possible.
ᄆ Regardless of age, all children and infants are considered adults concerning room occupancy. Exceeding the maximum guest limit may result in additional fees or entry denial, even for reservations made through OTA.

[Mudflat Experience]
-You can enjoy a mudflat experience at Garorim Bay in front of the pension.
-You must bring your own boots, containers, gloves, etc.
-Adult-sized hoes and boots are available for free rental.
※ If there are too many participants, supplies may run out, so if you have your own tools, it's recommended to bring them.
※ Children’s boots come in various sizes and may not fit properly, so please bring your own.
※ You must prepare your own containers, gloves, etc.

2.The best time for the mudflat experience is 1 hour and 30 minutes before and after low tide, for a total of about 3 hours.
3.Experience tools (boots, hoes) are available at the water tap in front of the information desk.

[Pet Policy]
ㅁ All rooms are for small dogs. Additional charges apply for medium to large dogs starting from one dog per room. (Payment is to be made on-site.)
ㅁ For small dogs (under 6KG), an additional fee of 10,000 KRW applies starting from one dog.
ㅁ For medium dogs (6KG to under 15KG), an additional fee of 20,000 KRW applies starting from one dog.
ㅁ Breeds with heavy shedding such as triple or quadruple coat types are restricted from entry.
ㅁ Medium-sized dogs that are non-aggressive and well-socialized are allowed. (Please call us in advance.)
ㅁ Dogs that are aggressive or have biting tendencies are not allowed to stay. Dangerous and fighting dog breeds are strictly prohibited. (e.g., Dogo Argentino, Cane Corso, Tosa, American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, etc.)
ㅁ Restricted breeds will not be allowed entry even if a reservation has been made.
ㅁ When making a reservation, please make sure to write the breed and weight of your dog in the remarks section.
ㅁ When staying with a pet, owners are required to clean up any pee pads and waste in the room.
ㅁ Prior inquiry with the accommodation is required if you wish to bring a pet.
*Pine Sea Pension only provides areas for your pets to take a walk.
