The apartment is very stylish with good condition, with a view of the terrace, and the great swimming pool, as well as superb air conditioning, a comfortable sleeping environment, and good self-catering facilities. Excellent shower, constant hot water, and a nice bottle of wine upon arrival. I appreciate it.

Our initial impression was unsatisfactory, but on reflection, considering what we paid, it appears to be decent value. We knew there were no sun loungers, so we spent 4.5 euros on kilos, and the pool area was sufficiently tranquil and clean. The room was adequate, but basic, and there were ceiling fans. The shower area was excellent, and the kitchen was modest and ancient, but it was clean. The bedroom was adequate, and the beds were quite comfortable. There is no maid service, but everything was spotless on day one. We spent little time in the room and only an hour or two each day at the pool, so all things considered, we were very pleased with what we got for the money. A 15-minute stroll to collect and a return key was provided out of business hours and was sent in the letter box at the same location. Two days later, a deposit of 150 euros was made in my bank. Several other acts appeared far better than ours, but we only paid less than 300 for seven nights, so it's not unfair.

The location is great, the apartment administration is great, after a long delay they still greeted us. excellent communication throughout, taking a look at any questions we had 5 we were given a later check out time because we had an evening flight at no extra charge 4 yes, it's a bit outdated, but it has everything you need, even things you weren't aware you needed 5 yes, you can hear noise, why do you park yourself in the middle of Bethnidorm and complain about it? The noise isn't bothering us at all and not anywhere near as loud as we anticipated 6 There is a pool onsite which is bigger than we anticipated, there are no lounges but tables, chairs, and benches. There are 7 different shops, bars, and restaurants right outside your door 8 we had a sea view! The beach entrance is only a 5-minute walk away, definitely worth the money!.

Stayed at work. Nice, clean apartment with everything you need including washing machine, iron, microwave, etc. Close to everything, which also means noise, so I would recommend using earplugs. Overlooking the square so there is real peace, but once that's finished the hotel next to titanic bar starts their daytime music. There is no balcony and sunbed around the pool, just tables, chairs, and benches. I stayed there for 14 nights, and bedding towels were not changed until day 10. I booked through home away app. For the reasons aforementioned, I would not stay again, but if you are ok with all of that, then the apartment itself is fine. The cleanliness of the apartment is good and it has a central location, close to many bars, eateries and cafes, especially on the corner. I think this Apartment has a pool but no sunbed, but not a problem.

The apartment is a good size. It has all utensils you could want. There is an iron. Microwave is handy. We did not contact the owners while we were there as we had everything we needed. It is a place for someone who is coming to Benidorm to have some fun. It is right on the strip.
