Un lugar encantador en un entorno inmejorable. Todo en la visita ha sido excelente, empezando por un personal muy amable y acabando por los deliciosos productos locales en el desayuno.

A quiet country hotel with farming activity all around it, giving a lovely atmosphere for relaxation. Food quality is first rate as were the staff. We rented a villa following our short stay at the hotel in order to accommodate all 15 of our family for a 50th wedding anniversary, but chose to return to the hotel for the celebratory family dinner, so pleased were we with it.

Ein sehr motiviertes Team , ein exzellentes Hotelrestaurant, eine traumhafte Lage. Besser kann man es auf Menorca kaum treffen.

My husband and I spent 10 days in Spain and by far, the 3 days in Menorca at Sant Joan de Binissaida. The landscape, the animals, service and style will be a memory we will never forget. Thank you!

No warning of wedding on second night. Very noisy guests in the next room on third night, rooms need to be better noise insulated. No one on reception to deal with situation (but it was 2 in the morning)

We had a lovely stay - from the drive in down the beautifully manicured yet rustic driveway, the quiet sunny pool, the delicious poolside lunches and evening cocktails under a canapé of trees. The food here is one of the key reasons to book alone. The rooms are of a generous size, are well air conditioned and have all the modern amenities expected. The only disappointment for us was booking a Junior Suite to celebrate our Engagement and being given a room with twin beds - even though we booked a double room and made it clear we were celebrating our engagement. I was told by the receptionist that unless I made a special request for a double bed I couldn't be offered one and was told "this is the room you are getting" - I asked if they could make the bed into a double, like many hotels do, and didn't hear anything back. The staff are quite causal, which suits the boutique hotel vibe, but when your paying on average 350 Euro a night you should expect a high level of service, that at times was missing. This aside - most of the staff were fabulous (especially the restaurant and pool side waiters & housekeeping team). I would absolutely return here as it was a truly relaxing holiday, but maybe wouldn't pay for an expensive room as it didn't offer value for money.

The house and the grounds are lovely and really well maintained, nice swimming pool, very cosy public areas. We tried the restaurant both for lunch and dinner and although not cheap we really enojoyed both the food and the wine. The rooms, unfortunately, are not so outstanding, the design is quite unremarkable and for a countryside boutique hotel I would certainly expect something cosier and 'more rustic', It felt a bit like a city business hotel really. The curtains are really thin so expect a fully bright room every morning when the sun is shining straight into it. The SPA as well is just a changing room turned into massage room at convenience, should be improved a lot to be called as such. The swimming pool chairs are pretty uncomfortable. The breakfast lacks any warm options, when we asked for an omelette we were shown the lunch menu where a few were available, but they did not specify if we had to pay for it (since there was a price on the menu). The staff is very nice but again not so professional sometimes. Overall a pleasant experience, this place could be outstanding with few minor improvements, or the price should be cheaper for this kind of service provided.
