Dear guests!

I ask you to study and follow these rules at home:

1. Upon departure, the apartment must be rented out in the same condition in which you accepted it (wash the dishes after yourself, throw out the trash), because the final cleaning of the apartment does not include cleaning the kitchen. Otherwise, 85euro will be deducted from your deposit. It is strictly forbidden to transfer dishes, cutlery and other items from the apartment in which you live to the neighboring ones, since each apartment belongs to a different owner and property, respectively, too.

2. It is recommended to close curtains, windows and doors during your absence from the apartment. It is recommended to close the doors at night with a key to avoid theft!

3. Please respect the rest of your neighbors.

4. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited! You have the opportunity to smoke on the terrace of the apartment.

5. Accommodation in an apartment only for the number of people that was agreed in advance immediately before check-in.

6. For safety reasons, it is forbidden to bring glassware (plastic) into the pool area. It is also recommended to use headphones on the pool area so as not to interfere with the rest of other people.

7. Departure from the apartment no later than 12.00 (unless we have agreed on a different time of departure)
