The only downside part is the long stairs and the cleanliness, not worth it, and no issues with the room cleanliness. And then, the service was so nice. After that, the staff was very helpful and kind. Subsequently, the food they served here was very varied and delicious. Finally, our apartment had a beautiful view from a large balcony.

My companion and I traveled for a two-week vacation, and we had a fantastic time. No issues. The lovely cleaners cleaned our room each day. At mealtimes, there was always a selection of food and snacks at the pool bar for a specific time of the day. I heartily endorse this hotel, which is in a fantastic location and is close to the beaches and bars. There was dancing in the pool, darts, table tennis, and other activities every day, making this a great place for families.

This hotel has very friendly employees. The apartment was cleaned every day, and the towels were fresh. And then, the food here was delicious, and there are so many drinks too. After that, the Ibiza music at the bar was very played every day.

I would like to return soon!. The only drawback was that the checkin process had to be delayed if you wanted to hurry it up. You must assist your team because they were clearly stretched out and doing a lot both in the restaurant the bar and the snack bar. The hotel was ideal for a family trip. Staff was firm but friendly to those who didnt comply, and the cod rules were properly applied throughout. Eric at the restaurant and his crew were amazing and went above and beyond to make everyones holiday memorable. The event staff was fantastic and did everything in their power to make the day fun and varied, and the food was excellent with a wide variety. Our accommodation was excellent, spotless, and cozy. There is nothing we could have been more satisfying, and the entire hotel personnel was outstanding under the circumstances.

Located in Valverde, a short stroll from Cala Long beach on the Balearic Sea, this hotel offers easy access to Ibiza Town (8km) and the airport (40 minutes).
