Home Apartments Jerez

Please note that, due to local regulations, the property might request all guest over 16 years old to provide ID number and personal details in advance.- Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in El Patio apartment (apartment with private patio).- Only children supervised by an adult are accepted in La Terraza apartment (apartment with private terrace). We would like to remind you that in our three apartments with jacuzzis (which are very spacious and designed for two people), the hot water is supplied by a water heater, as is common in Andalusian homes (in our case, it's a 150-liter tank heated to 80 degrees Celsius). This allows for a very pleasant bath a couple of times a day, once the water has reached 80 degrees. If you require more frequent baths, for example, every hour, we recommend staying in a hotel with a central, continuous hot water system, as is typical of hotel establishments. Please note that the outdoor Spa of the Apartment with Patio will be closed Sunday November 1st, 2026 until Friday April 2nd 2027.The property will charge as an extra fee for bail 180€ for reservations in the 24 hours prior the check-in.Please note the establishment reserves the right to require a security deposit of €200 from guests with a record of misconduct.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
