I appreciate the employees and hope to be back. The apartment was nice. However, my mother was sick when we were there and had to take her to the hospital. The staff is amazing and very helpful in assisting us even though we are from outside the city.

The place was wonderful with a balcony and a view of the ocean. This apartment block is on the Mooloolaba esplanade and close to Coles and all the restaurants. The internet connection was also free. It was amazing to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the ocean.

I've been here before and this was my first time having a rooftop with a private spa. I love it because it has great views and is also very convenient for cafes, restaurants, beaches, and cities. Thank you for taking care of us, kim and Susie.

Great location on the esplanade, east access to everything. Good value for money considering other apartments nearby were very expensive compared to Malibu. The rooms were good and had everything we needed. I loved the view and listening to the ocean.

Excellent location, with beautiful beaches and boardswalks directly across the street. At the very prime location are cafes, restaurants, and pubs. The apartments are quite comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Apartments of the old fashioned style with spacious bedrooms.

About Juan Benitez

With panoramic views of the sea and El Cortillo's fishing harbour, this beach hotel is the perfect place to enjoy beautiful sunsets over the ocean. It is located south of the village, just minutes from the beaches. Restaurants, bars and pubs can be found close by and public transport links are just 50 metres from the accommodation. This 10 apartment-hotel is divided into 2 blocks, one of which comprises 6 apartments and the other 4. There is a lobby with a hotel safe for guests wishing to store valuables. Internet access is available and parking is provided for guests arriving by vehicle. All of the apartments feature views of the sea. The 1-bedroom apartments feature a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave), satellite/cable TV, an in-room safe and a hairdryer. Internet access is also provided free of charge. There is a heated pool for guests to enjoy and parasols and sun loungers are also provided.
