Very nice hotel in a great location. The hotel rooms are very nice with big comfortable beds and very spacious. Breakfast is very good. Well catered for gluten free. Staff were all very helpful. In fact we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and planning to make this an annual event.

5 star hotel ought to be able to handle unplanned situations flawlessly, and everything must be simple, from check-out to check-out. We unfortunately werent given this standard. The check-in took long because the staff wasnt fully trained. Before dealing with customers, I advise preparing the personnel. They offered us a nice, peaceful, and private room with an attractive view of the pine forests. After a few days, the first issue was called in the evening! During a water leak in our bathroom, we needed to change rooms because of an upgrade. This can happen, but it wasnt handled with the right client's eye. In the evening, we had to pack our bags to move to a different room. They stated that the apartment was upgraded, but apart from a larger bathtub tube, everything was the same. A family with a young child could not sleep in this accommodation. It was above the bar tables, and every Saturday, we couldn't sleep because of the loud music and noise, particularly with the wonderful pool party members. Although they have a personality, the rooms were comfortable. He simply sat. The Internet was quite unstable. Check-out. Due to an extremely early flight, we did it on the evening before we departed. We demanded the extra and believed everything was gone. We had to recheck out in the early morning when we were rushing to avoid

I think a lot of the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, and I know from speaking to some of the other guests that they felt the same maybe they can learn to be more hospitable as they work in the hospitality industry and a smile never hurts anyone. The pool bar needs a better system so slow big que and quite expensive some of the drinks but that doesn't really bother me if the quality is there and the cocktails and things were nice but the beer like I said was horrible wouldn't hurt either some waiter service round pool as it happens at 5 hotels.
