The hotel doesn't provide a refrigerator because it is self-catering. No cleaning from the cleaning staff. They also don't clean the rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If free, I would not stay there again.

We stayed for a week in a self-catering apartment that was basic but large and had a large balcony with an amazing view only the bed was very uncomfortable the cleaner came for five days of our seven-day stay the reception staff was friendly and helpful and the 24-hour supermarket was very handy you are on the top of the hill but taxis are readily available. The swimming pool area was very good and had plenty of sun loungers and a large pool and jacuzzi we only saw one cat while we were there it is three stars so we didn't expect five stars, but we have been to Gran Canadian several times this time of year and had a few dumps that pretend to be apartments this one was one of the best for the price and I would return.

I highly suggest this place. Most hotels charge extra for what you receive. But we were given a huge, spotlessly clean apartment. Very kind and helpful personnel. Beautiful pool area cleaned daily with lots of sun loungers and umbrellas. A simple, well-prepared food that is served at the poolside restaurant. The bay is spectacular from all rooms. Two drawbacks, the hill and the lack of aircon, but I was aware of both when I made my reservation. It's easy to walk down 15 minutes to the city center, and to get back, take a taxi for only three euros.

In August 2022, my friend and I went. Beautiful, spotless apartment, our room had a great view of the sea. Beautiful and spotless pool area always. The apartment is a little out of reach, but the receptionist will call a taxi for you, and it will arrive within 1 minute.

Although the building was close to the city center, it is still clean with a pleasant staff. But, the bad part is the AC was also terrible because they did not have air conditioning. Aside from that, the apartments were also decent. Overall, I don't recommend this place.

About Natural Park

The hotel is located a 5 minutes' walk from beach, overlooking the town of Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria. It is only a few minutes from the centre with its wide variety of restaurants, cafés, discos and other entertainment options. The nearest bus station is about 2 km away. The beach hotel consists of 76 apartments, including two equipped for disabled people. Guests can wine and dine at the on-site café, bar and restaurant. Children can let off steam in the hotel's playground. All apartments have one bedroom and a balcony with sea views. The dining-rooms can comfortably seat four persons. Guests can take a refreshing dip in one of the two outdoor swimming pools. There is also a children's swimming area and refreshments are available from the poolside snack bar. Those who prefer a more active holiday will be happy to know there is a golf course about 5 km away.
