In most cases, I'm not writing much reviews, but in this instance, I'm happy to do so. We only had positive encounters when we initially inquired about the various villas until our check-out. Very kind, incredibly adaptable staff when it comes to modifying the evening menu to our tastes. The nueva del Guanarteme, where we stayed, gives us the most privacy because the other villas are far away in my opinion. For dog owners and nature lovers alike, the location is superb. There are numerous walking trails nearby. There was a golf car that we occasionally carried about, making it simple to get around the complex. The cuisine was delectable and authentic regional fare. Our 2-year-old son and I stayed in a cave cabin by the sea. The personnel went above and beyond to make sure the visitors are having fun, and they did everything in their power to ensure that you are left smiling. However, it wasnt really an issue because most of the personnel spoke excellent English, but my spanish is incredibly shocking. A staff member who takes care of the animals, which I believe was called Julian, really made our visit full of surprises and incredibly fun for our son. He encouraged us to feed the resident tortoise by putting up a feeding area for him on our first morning to our delight. Our young boy loved being able to get involved and feed the animals, especially in the subsequent days. Due to the large scale of the area and the map and images, the site is quite large. We must rent a golf cart but my one minor complaint is that it should be added as a standard feature Especially for the cave homes. The threecourse set menu includes the same meal for lunch or dinner. It usually costs 23 euros, which seems pricey, but the food is of excellent quality, with a wide selection. We appreciated the coffee! We had a nice experience while staying there. We had two dinners there, and once we went to lunch. We stayed at Redone for 3 weeks with my husband and our son, and nothing can be done but praise this place. You feel like you live in a tiny paradise village. You can enjoy the privacy of your villa and meet lovely people during the breakfast served in the common area. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. I booked our vacation 2 months before and everything was full, but I called them and they were able to find a room for us and we only had to change houses once during our stay. The hotel is on a large estate, so you can rent a golf cart to drive around it and it was very fun!.

Gran canadian surprised me with the best accommodation in the island. We found it by chance and it was the best choice. Surrounded by mountains in a nice valley with breakfast and dinner with a beautiful view. Thank you for your service. Absolutely come back.
