The place was tidy and tidy, and the location was excellent, but it's not the best. The pool was a complete mess, especially for the sun loungers, this would be a huge improvement. On Floor 11, there was no aircon, but it was fine because of the height of the hill.

The room had an open swimming pool and there were toilets and water that kept flowing without stopping. They let us check out in the evening instead of the morning to take in the view of the beach and the sun. I didn't rate it 5 because the pool is listed as open from 9 am to rp, but after that, you realise it's only open from 9 am to rp and water keeps flowing. That was great. We will definitely go back. I also forgot to bring toiletries.

I was on the ground floor and the views were amazing, including the view of Benidorm. Loved it! The apartment was much better than expected, some of these reviews painted it as a house of horrors, but for what you pay, you get much more for your money. Yes, you must go to another hotel to obtain your keys, but if you don't call the hotel and ask prior, you are not prepared! We rang the hotel about what to expect, and they happily told us everything we needed to know! Next year, I'll return here. Thank you for an amazing five nights, the weather was great and Belfast was amazing.

Overall, I had an amazing hen party with 8 girls. This location is superb. I recently returned from a trip to Benidorm and reserved 2 apartments at the Tropical Mars Apartments, and they were fantastic! Clean apartments, helpful owners, and a 5-minute walk to the beach bars and supermarkets. We had the pool all to ourselves on Friday and Saturday during the day the only thing is there are no sun loungers, but we just lay on towels. The balconies provided a great location to have drinks before leaving and play games. I would certainly suggest anyone to remain here. Many thanks to Maria.
